About the role
The successful candidate will provide pension scheme administration to a portfolio of Defined Benefits schemes ranging in size.
Handle employee relations: grievance, disciplinary, and absence management.

This role supports the HR Business Partner in providing HR advice and operational support across recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and policy implementation.
