Provide advice and guidance on ER cases and matters
BramahHRare seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our clients team based just outside of Bedford.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees and management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures and ER cases.
This role will be on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The purpose of this role is to provide first line ER advice to our colleagues and assist line managers in understanding, and optimising our processes, policies and procedures and supporting them through the process.
You will be required to form trusted relationships with managers and stakeholders across the group.
