BramahHRare seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our clients team based just outside of Bedford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees and management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures and ER cases.

Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance on ER cases and matters
- Review and update policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Support employee relations initiatives
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role
- CIPD Level 5
- Strong understanding of business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Brilliant time management and organisation skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
