Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall is looking for a Debt Advice Worker to join our debt caseworker team to provide a specialist debt advice service to our clients.
You will be responsible for assessing and prioritising client needs and providing practical help and advice by calculating, negotiating, drafting/writing letters and making calls on behalf of the client.
You will act as a point of contact for clients whilst negotiating on their behalf with third parties.

To effectively respond to adult social care enquiries received within the Adult Social Care Advice and Information Service.
This role involves liaising with other sections as needed in accordance with procedures or instructions.
To undertake such follow up work, by adopting a strength based approach to contacts, in order to ensure customer satisfaction in reaching a conclusion.
