We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator with excellent customer service skills who is friendly, motivated, hard working, proactive and wishes to be part of a great team.
This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm)
Duties
Acting as the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails.
Varied duties to include call handling, responding to emails, maintaining and updating databases, co-ordinating the workload of engineers and sub-contractors.
This is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join WTW, one of the leading Third-Party Administrators.
You will take ownership for the accurate processing of client interface files, within tight timescales.
The Interface Team are responsible for ensuring all HR & contribution interface files are reviewed and processed within agreed SLAs and completed to the required standards to update member records with the relevant data.
