This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. Your role as a School Administrator will include: Greet visitors and parents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Provide general administrative support to the school staff and leadership team. Assist with the maintenance and updating of student records and databases. Maintain accurate student attendance records, follow up on absences and handle attendance-related matters. Track calendar and schedule appointments for students, parents and staff members efficiently. Assist with various administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, filing documents, managing mail and maintaining student records. Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality, particularly student records and personal details. Manage school supplies and coordinate transportation arrangements for school events or projects. Support the enrolment and registration process by providing information to prospective students and their families, and collecting necessary documents. We are looking for someone with the below skills: Experience as a School Administrator or similar administrative role. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent telephone manner, being polite and courteous at all times Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software.
