My client is urgently searching for an Administrator to join their busy Customer Service team. Main responsibilities include: Dealing with all department calls, answering queries and prioritising urgency of requests Liaising continuously with all members of the team to ensure accurate and efficient service Manage the departments diary, ensuring maximum productivity of the team Communicate to the team any changes or ongoing issues that may arise during the course of the day The successful candidates will possess the following attributes: Proficient in use of MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage Strong administrative skills Detail orientated Excellent customer service skills Able to work independently as well as part of a team
This a great opportunity for an Administrator to join WTW, one of the leading Third-Party Administrators. The Interface Team is responsible for ensuring that all HR and contribution interface files are reviewed and processed within agreed SLAs, meeting the required standards to update member records with relevant data. In this role, you will take ownership of accurately processing client interface files within tight deadlines. This will involve reviewing data on the files and collaborating with client HR and Payroll Teams to resolve any arising queries. This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days of office visits at the Redhill office. The Role Able to work to tight deadlines and communicate progress. Process daily, weekly, and monthly interface files. Assist administration teams with basic office administration tasks. Review interface files when completed to advise client of any issues with the data supplied and contributions received. Review data errors on client files and make corrections as necessary. Set up new joiner records and input member elected fund choices. Manually input member data onto interface files Prepare and send out joiner packs The Requirement Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and good IT skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Numerical and accurate. Attention to detail is essential. An interest in dealing with data & problem solving. Good keyboard and data entry skills.
