Our well-established Dorking based client is a manufacturer of industrial equipment - they are currently looking to recruit a Service Support Administrator to support the sales & service team with timely and efficient administration.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organisational skills and ideally have an understanding of SAP (although full training will be given).
The Service Support Administrator duties include
Effectively deal with key account service enquiries, advising and actioning accordingly.
Support Site Manager in monitoring, managing and coordinating all site level resources to ensure an increase in operational productivity and improved quality of service provided.
Ensure service delivery meets defined key performance indicators whilst driving best practice and continuous improvement in cost control and productivity.

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Dorkng are looking to extend their team of operatives by introducing an additional team member to join their late shift on an ongoing temporary basis with a view to a possible permanent opportunity.
The successful candidate will need to live locally, have previous manufacturing and/or warehousing experience, good attention to detail and good communication skills.
