I am looking for an Experienced Administrator to work for my Bootle based client. This company is rapidly expanding after recently winning 3 new long-term contracts to go with there already thriving business. This organisation offers a free service that is government backed the role will involve supporting the sales team off the back of deals with all their Administration. This Is a very varied role involving. Collating any missing information required for customers files. Obtaining proof of earning and other details Entering data onto the system and creating customer files Taking any incoming enquiries and passing the relevant person/taking a message Data Entry Dealing with any incoming/outgoing post There is a basic on this role of £23200 plus a negotiable performance related bonus Hours of work 8.00-5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 8.00 - 4.00pm Friday
Duties and Responsibilities: As administrator you will share the workload of the Office Administration Team, learning the key administrative functions. We are looking to appoint an Administrator. This role is 37.5 hours per week, term time only plus an additional three weeks in April and August. The duties are broadly in two main areas: Reception Providing and maintaining a positive and welcoming first point of contact Welcoming, ensuring the visitor areas are well kept. Cover the reception desk, including a wide range of duties Dealing with personal, telephone and email enquiries; taking and passing on accurate messages, being quick and efficient in transferring calls to relevant colleagues and generally ensuring an efficient and friendly manner. Responding to all queries passing on messages as necessary Liaising with all staff to provide support Helping with other administrative matters such as arranging appointments and transport arrangements. Using Outlook calendars to book rooms and review appointments and manage the bookings for events and visits. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and couriers. Administrative Support for Staff Providing administrative support for staff, including document preparation; photocopying, printing; information collection, coordination and distribution and report creating. Oversee common areas and meeting rooms, ensuring spaces are well kept and noticeboards are up to date. Ensure that current records are accurately maintained and updated using the management information system, information is correct. Provide liaison with maintenance, catering and IT staff. Monitor and record attendance; follow up on absences and compile absences reports as required; Assist with the dispatch of reports; and create and co-ordinate communications Create tables and reports, mailing lists and other information using the database.
