Administration Support Officer My client is a leading charitable organisation that are currently seeking an Administration Support Officer to join their team based in Belfast. This is either a Full-Time or Part-Time temporary position for 3-4 weeks. Starting immediately. Working Hours: Monday Friday 9am-5pm (can also offer part time hours) With a salary of £12.91 to £13.80 dependent on experience. Job Role: You will be responsible for supporting the administration team with full administrative duties and the updating of statistics as well as assisting the organisation of the business database. Essential Criteria: Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role for inputting data. Advanced proficiency of using Microsoft Office (to include) Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Support reviews the database of files on the main public drive and tidy up these folders. Update statistics that are needed for reports and work with the office manager. Support the administration team.
