Administration Support Officer
My client is a leading charitable organisation that are currently seeking an Administration Support Officer to join their team based in Belfast.
This is either a Full-Time or Part-Time temporary position for 3-4 weeks. Starting immediately.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (can also offer part time hours)
With a salary of £12.91 to £13.80 – dependent on experience.
Job Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the administration team with full administrative duties and the updating of statistics as well as assisting the organisation of the business database.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role for inputting data.
- Advanced proficiency of using Microsoft Office (to include) Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support reviews the database of files on the main public drive and tidy up these folders.
- Update statistics that are needed for reports and work with the office manager.
- Support the administration team.
