A local authority requires a qualified Principal Housing Enforcement Officer to lead their private sector housing enforcement team and support their Team Manager in development and operational management.
This is a temporary assignment for 3 months initially with strong potential to extend.
This role aims to improve the quality, safety, and choice of residential accommodation in the borough through professional interventions, including education, support, and enforcement against non-compliant landlords.
Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of partnerships and engagement strategies for the high support service.
To lead the running and strategic development of the high support element of the Sutton DAS Refugee Service.
To develop joint working and monitoring protocols with key stakeholders and partners for the high support element To manage all elements of service performance related to the contract requirements including analysis of KPIs, outcomes and user experience measures for the high support service.
