Duties & responsibilities: Dealing with Landlord, Tenant and Applicant enquiries. Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective Tenants. Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding financial matters Maintain accurate records of financial transactions Produce monthly and annual financial reports Manage and reconcile bank accounts Undertaking routine property inspections and dealing with matters of property maintenance. Supporting the promotion of the Lettings team and wider business. Advising on matters of regulatory compliance. Work closely with the lettings team to ensure a seamless service to clients Key Skills and requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High standard of customer care and service provision. To have attention to detail and be able to work under pressure. To have good IT skills and to be a proficient user of Word, Excel and Outlook. Lettings & Administration experience is essential Strong numeracy and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail Experience in a similar role within the property industry Full Time 9:00 am - 6:00pm Salary: Starting from £23,000 DOE Location: Swindon Start Date-ASAP
