Contribute in setting, developing, monitoring and implementing a range of clerical support systems in respect of the Facilities Maintenance and Compliance Unit's activities.
We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Supervisor based in Manchester to Provide clerical support to the Facilities Maintenance and Compliance Unit with an essential element of customer service - receiving, understanding and communicating customers' requests by telephone or e-mail.
Reporting to the Housing and Wellbeing Manager, the Housing and Wellbeing Officer is responsible for working with customers to promote and maximise their independence, assisting them to move on to greater self-reliance within a customer focused environment and in line with the Independence and Wellbeing framework

What you'll be doing
To assist our customers to identify their strengths, development needs and risks to jointly develop a plan to build on or address these, including coaching and assisting customers to achieve greater independence;.
The ideal candidate will come from either the corporate department of a law firm, or from the legal department of a financial services organisation, or someone with a solid administrative background with a financial services setting.
You will work within a busy legal team and be responsible for the coordination of projects, keeping track of said projects, analyse data, and communicating project updates to execs.
My financial services client based in Manchester requires a contractor to join for an initial 6 months.
