Role Overview
As an administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring students' regular attendance, contributing to their overall academic achievement and well-being.
In this role, you will be serving as an operations administrator providing service to key departments within the office and providing the highest levels of customer service.
Collaboration with all departments within our open-plan office is an essential aspect of daily work.
The Company provides a support service to single adults who have experienced homelessness, are vulnerable and have support needs, including accommodation.
We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Administrator to join our HR team based in Bracknell.
Key duties
Working closely within our team alongside the HR Administrators and HR Officer to ensure transparency, consistency and efficiency across the department.
The role will involve providing a high level of administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer/Clerk to Council, and the Deputy Clerk to Council who support the governance function.
To be successful in this role you will be a competent and experienced Administrator who has experience supporting Executives and taking meeting minutes.
We are currently seeking a professional, articulate and organised Administrator/EA who plans meticulously, has excellent attention to detail and is available to commence work mid-August for a period of 12 months.
The role will involve providing a high level of administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer/Clerk to Council, and the Deputy Clerk to Council who support the governance function.
