The role is focused on ensuring effective and efficient administration within the faculty/school/department (as allocated), and to support the smooth running of the faculty office(s).
This role provides highly effective and customer orientated support to staff in the faculty.
General
We are currently recruiting for a prestigious university based in Kngston
Job Title/Location: Administrator, 5-10 mins walk from Epsom Station
Opportunity for either a recent graduate to break into Financial Services, or someone with strong admin or phones-based experience to get into a company that encourages growth and development.
Office/WFH: All training in the office, upon completion 3-4 days p/w office based & 1-2 days WFH
The Office Administration function is a role that involves a high level of liaison at many different levels, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and an ability to interact effectively at all levels.
9-5pm Office Based
The role is pivotal to the success of the Centre Management operation as this person will need to ensure that there is close liaison between all on-site parties, including security and cleaning personnel.
