You will ensure that electronic files for each department are kept up to date and are stored in the correct location, compliant with GDPR regulations Be responsible for booking any travel/accommodation requirements, alongside assisting with organising any visitors, meetings and events for the business unit Hold responsibility for managing the office stationery and general office supplies, placing replacement orders in a timely manner so that stock levels are always maintained You will be responsible for scanning STA (Structural Timber Asociation) documents to the relevant folders, alongside logging ISO/PEFC documents Take receipt of site photographs and handover documents, filing them in their respective electronic project folder(s) You will be responsible for issuing photographs and sign-off documents to the Construction and Technical departments Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
