Our Administration Support roles are an excellent entry level role for candidates looking to move into their first fully office based position.
We are a well established and successful financial services company based in Godalming, who are recognised in our sector as being a market leader and due to continued success, we now require an additional Administration Support Assistant.
Having successfully recruited across the business during 2023 and 2024, we require an additional Administration Support person working within the wider administration support team.
Act as the primary point of contact for general HR administrative queries, providing prompt and accurate support to employees and managers.
General
This role is responsible for managing the administration processes and HR systems, ensuring the seamless integration of personnel data, employee information systems, and technology platforms.
Through strong customer service and a focus on continuous improvement, this role will enhance the employee experience and contribute to optimising business processes.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, managing office supplies and equipment, booking meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and documents, and maintaining records and databases.
You will also be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and provide them with excellent customer service.

The Office Administrator will provide essential support across the Operations department as well as other areas of the school as required.
The role will suit candidates with high calibre organisational and administrative skills, who have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, are fast learners, adaptable and flexible to work on multiple tasks, accurate in recording information, are comfortable multi-tasking and are as equally at home doing data entry as undertaking more complex planning and scheduling tasks or communicating with parents.

Providing administration and facilitation support to the Learning and Development function - In particular by supporting the managing and maintaining of the eLearning LMS platform, designing and developing eLearning modules to be undertaken by various colleagues across the business and being an all-round team member for the Learning and Development department.
In addition supporting you with your day to day workload and development opportunities - the Learning and Development team will work with you to ensure you are meeting our expectations and to offer additional development outside of the Diploma e.g.
The role will include the option to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, which would entail 1 day a month release for college based learning and 0.5 days a week to support your study requirements.
