Administrative Assistant Job Type: Part-time Location: Office-based Working Hours: 9 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Days are NOT negotiable) Salary: Competitive We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time role requires a commitment to work every day from 9 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. If you possess strong organizational skills and enjoy handling administrative tasks, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Prepare and send Proforma Invoices to UK and overseas customers. Send Invoices and Delivery Notes to customers, advising them when goods are ready. Arrange courier services both within the UK and overseas. Process payments over the phone using Worldpay. Follow up on enquiries sent by the Sales Team. Monitor and chase up any upcoming or late deliveries with suppliers. Raise claims for late deliveries and invoice issues. Check and sign off invoices from courier companies. Monitor and order office stationery as needed. Answer the telephone, take messages, and handle enquiries. Perform general filing of invoices, orders, and delivery notes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
