Within this temporary role, you will play a crucial part in processing enquiries, student applications, offers, and supporting documentation. You will also have the opportunity to provide information and guidance to applicants, current students, academics, and other internal and external stakeholders. Rate of pay £12.28ph Key responsibilities: Provide administrative support for processing of PGR enquiries, student applications, offers, and supporting documentation. Monitor and report on PGR funding and facilitate the allocation of studentships. Support PGR recruiting activities and assist in the preparation and placement of studentship adverts. Administer PGR induction processes and maintain PGR handbooks. Allocate and monitor Faculty/School resources, such as student research funding and office space. Create and maintain PGR student records and ensure all relevant data is uploaded accurately. Liaise with PGR supervisors to keep supervisory team records up to date. Administer the Doctoral Progression Process and coordinate Vivas. Provide administrative support to various committees and team meetings including taking minutes. Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
