Client Details Our client, a well known organisation in Surrey, is looking for an Administrative Assistant Description Administrative Assistant - Surrey Recording and acknowledging all requests regarding the facilities of the organisation. Tracking and monitoring progress against actions on the helpdesk system. Provide efficient administration support by processing invoices and raising PO's accordingly. Create reports from the Autotask facilities management systems as required. Attend site meetings. Document requests in the monthly maintenance spreadsheet.
