Description
Administrative Assistant - Surrey
- Recording and acknowledging all requests regarding the facilities of the organisation.
- Tracking and monitoring progress against actions on the helpdesk system.
- Provide efficient administration support by processing invoices and raising PO's accordingly.
- Create reports from the Autotask facilities management systems as required.
- Attend site meetings.
- Document requests in the monthly maintenance spreadsheet.
Profile
A successful applicant will be available on short notice & will have some experience with the above
