To undertake general administrative duties including data input and the maintenance of computerised and manual records and systems, writing letters and filing correspondence, enquiries, photocopying, franking and distribution of material.
To work as a member of the Aspire Community Benefit Society on a day to day basis to provide a high quality, confidential, administration function.
To provide a courteous and responsive reception service for customers, family carers and members of the public who contact the office by telephone or in person.
