ADMINISTRATOR

Salary: up to £26,000p.a.

Hours: full time, 35 hours a week, office based

A super role for an Administrator to join the Facilities team of a top regional Lawyers in their central Leeds office. Great working atmosphere in a supportive, friendly team within superb modern offices. Duties will include:

  • Processing ingoing / outgoing post
  • Photocopying, binding, scanning and document management
  • Delivering documents to court
  • Liaising with clients, offering excellent client care
  • Assisting the Client service team with meeting room preparation
  • Supporting Fee Earners and various departments as required

Previous administration experience is essential, legal/professional office experience is advantageous. You must be comfortable with IT.
