Duties will included: Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
To undertake a range of administrative duties to support teams and ensure a high quality, customer-focused and value-for-money administrative service.
To maintain accurate and administrative systems including electronic and manual information management systems.
To provide telephone cover as required for people contacting the service, resolving enquiries where possible, directing callers and responding appropriately in line with corporate customer care standards.
