We seek an individual to fulfil the roles of Property Manager, Admin Assistant, Estate Manager, or Coordinator, offering operational support and procedural precision.
Key responsibilities
Providing operational support to the Director, including managing in-house maintenance tasks and prioritising them, reviewing invoices, coordinating furniture deliveries, and handling office phone inquiries.

We have a 3 month temporary opportunity working with our client who are looking for an Administrator to join them.
The role will mainly be order processing and data entry, so someone with excellent attention to detail along with fast and accurate keyboard skills is a must.
Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage.
We are looking for a strong numerically minded administrator with outstanding attention to detail to join our client in a Sale Support administration role.
In this role you will be processing and distributing both incoming and outgoing administrative work and responding to internal and external queries, through both telephone and administrative based activity, providing supporting the sales team.
They are looking for someone who is proactive, with excellent communication and IT skills, and a real team player.
