Part-time Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Part-time Rentals Administrator to join a van rental business based in Basingstoke.

This position will be working 4 hours over the weekend and occasional holiday cover. Saturday 8am - 10am, Sunday 10am - 12pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in overseeing the smooth running of the rental desk
  • Ensure all reservations, bookings and enquiries are handled promptly
  • Communicating clearing with all customers via telephone, email or face to face
  • Check in and check out vehicles
  • Manage the damage process and be confident with raising damage and additional charges to customers
  • Manoeuvre Luton vans around the yard

Requirements:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience
  • Self sufficient
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Role:

  • £12.25 per hour
  • Saturday - 8am - 10am and Sunday 10am - 12pm
  • Occasional holiday cover
  • Weekly pay
