Our client based in central Croydon are looking for a Temporary Bookings Clerk, to work in a Customer Service Department, dealing with inbound and outbound calls, making and amending appointments / bookings.
You will receive full training for this role.
This is a busy environment, so you will need to be comfortable in working with a high volume of telephone calls.
We are looking for good customer service administrators to work within a bookings centre, making and receiving calls to book and amend appointments along with updating the database.
Full training will be provided.
You will require good all round office experience, along with a good telephone manner, and also have the ability to handle a busy workload.
