Job description Overview: We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented person in the role of Office and Administration Assistant. Working from a country setting in Allington Lane, Near Fair Oak in Eastleigh. 20 hours per week; Part Time: 12pm-4pm Monday to Friday As our Office Admin Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. A part time position which carries opportunities for growth. We are looking for someone who ideally has experience with Xero, statements and reconciling with some general book-keeping tasks. alongside - Performing various administrative tasks to support the office operations - Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed Skills: - Proven experience in office administration or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Familiarity with Xero is not essential as training will be provided. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills We have a small office team and several remote service team members and we look forward to welcoming you into our supportive work environment, providing professional growth.
