General
My client is a property maintenance and installation organisation, the Mechanical arm specialises in the servicing, repair and installation of gas central heating and hot water services to local authority and Housing Association landlords.

This role is to help provide administrative and legal support and the main duties include; assisting with running cases and provide administrative duties on property transactions from instruction through to completion, open files electronically and liaise with clients, estate agents and other solicitors during the process.
One of my well-established clients is currently looking for a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property team based in their Leatherhead office.
My client is a Legal 500 firm looking to expand their team and bring someone in to help assist the fee earners.
Working closely with the busy Lettings Department at their Leatherhead office, our client is looking for competent, customer focused individual to join the team as a Part Time Lettings Co-Ordinator.
The successful applicant will be dealing with the management of the tenants and Landlords, negotiating deposit releases, organising renewals and chasing outstanding fees.
