The role of an Ad-hock Administrator a competitive pay rate of £ 13.67per hour, increasing in line with Harrow Council Pay Scale increments. The Main Purpose of an Ad-hock Administrator: To be responsible for the collection, receipt and the sorting and distribution of incoming, outgoing and internal post and for postal record keeping, taking responsibility for action in line with business processes. To input, maintain and retrieve data on a relevant database/computer system. To undertake general administrative duties including, filing, photocopying, collating papers, typing standard letters etc To answer routine telephone, email and written queries and enquiries, signposting as appropriate or forwarding a message to relevant colleague.
