This role involves heavy admin tasks, including business report writing, LinkedIn marketing, client communication (phone/email), and scheduling meetings for directors.
Not everyone is looking for progression, and that is fine, this role is perfect for that, to begin with you will have smaller and simpler duties, but with time, these duties will increase in responsibility and you will take a lot of the admin work off the Director.
