Description

The duties of the sales administrator will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
  • Inputting data into excel spreadsheets
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, contracts, and customer information.
  • Compiling reports for management.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Booking meeting for the wider team
  • Sending out correspondence to customers

Profile

A successful Sales Admin should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • A proactive approach and an eye for detail.

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is a salary in the range of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum.
