The company are a well-established local Electrical company who are currently seeking an experienced full-time Office Administrator to work in their small but busy office.
Purpose of PositionAs Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Self-Service Pre-Launch Team with a variety of administrative tasks in helping to process new business leads/enquiries, application management, checking merchant profiles and setting programmes to live.
You'll be providing customers with guidance to help them move as quickly as possible through these steps, offering a seamless onboarding experience.

The starting salary for this role is £13,388 per annum based on an 18-hour working week, pro-rata to £26,777 full-time equivalent.

Our client seeks two exceptional candidates, one to fulfil the role of a Recruitment Officer, whilst the other will fulfil the role of a Compliance and Sign-up Administrator.
With both roles being pivotal to the smooth operation of the businesses' recruitment and client onboarding processes, you will play a key part in its' success.
The candidate will also ensure that the office is kept in pristine condition and to be on hand to assist with greeting and looking after clients/guests.
The successful candidate will provide support to two directors and the team within our Sloane Street office.
They will need to be able to interact within a busy team, as well as maintaining a high level of professionalism when liaising with private clients, many of whom require strict confidentiality.
