PA and Team Assistant

Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide support to two directors and the team within our Sloane Street office. They will need to be able to interact within a busy team, as well as maintaining a high level of professionalism when liaising with private clients, many of whom require strict confidentiality. The candidate will also ensure that the office is kept in pristine condition and to be on hand to assist with greeting and looking after clients/guests.

This is a challenging role in a friendly but busy environment. We are looking for a good team player, with strong organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn.

Previous experience of working in a busy environment and being able to provide a high level of service and establish rapport with the team is essential. This role requires someone who is a self-motivated individual, reliable and that has a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide full administrative support to two directors and ad-hoc support to the wider office team
  • Complex international travel bookings and itineraries
  • Expenses collation and submission
  • Diary management for the team
  • Telephone handling and message taking
  • Liaising with clients through telephone and written correspondence
  • To organise meetings, client lunches, dinners, etc. on behalf of the directors
  • Updating and/or producing schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, pitches and correspondence
  • Greeting clients and guests
  • Covering Sloane Street reception on a rota basis
  • Managing kitchen stock and ensuring client spaces are kept pristine
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Proof reading
