This highly regarded global publishing organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to work across their portfolio of journals, taking responsibility for the administration of their journal peer-review system.
You will ensure that the journal administrative procedures meet the needs of authors, referees, and editors.
Are you an experienced Administrator, with strong numeracy and analytical skills?
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join a company based in Cambridge on a 12-month FTC contract (however there is a strong possibility that this could become a permanent for the right candidate, as the business is growing).
Although the role is titled customer service, the duties are not particularly customer facing and are much more administrative focused, so good admin skills and numeracy are important, as is strong Excel knowledge.
