The role of the Admin Assistant is to co-ordinate and provide secretarial administrative support to Partners and project teams for this world leading Design Firm.
A resourceful and flexible approach is required.
The person is to be able to work on their own initiative, be self-motivated and proactive.
The primary function of this position is to support the Sales Team in the administration of the department, specifically regarding managing incoming calls and emails and order processing.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client as a Sales Administrator.
The role would suit someone who has Administration experience within a service or product sales environment.
