You will be corresponding directly with both clients and third parties, and will be expected to adhere to Ad Hoc requests and administrative matters (authorised signatory requests, board minute extracts, secretary certificates, auditor requests, etc.)
You will form part of a high calibre team responsible for delivering a range of corporate secretarial and governance, advising a portfolio of clients on compliance matters, including (but not restricted to) annual statutory requirements, routine company changes and share capital changes.

This newly created role will involve looking after a team of 11 Secretaries who are based in London and Reading.
