Macildowie are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to work for a well established business in the Oldbury West Midlands area supporting the HR Director and Senior Leadership Team of the business.
Seeking a professional, organized, and resourceful individual to join a busy office.
This role supports senior leaders, manages complex schedules, and contributes to key functions, including servicing committees and managing high-level correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - 09:00am - 5:00pm
