About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our public sector team in Saltley. This role offers a part-time schedule with a balance of in-office and remote working days. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Maintain, update, and manage data entries with high accuracy.
- Team Liaison: Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members across departments.
- Basic Marketing Support: Assist with essential marketing activities, including managing social media content calendars and supporting campaign rollouts.
- Documentation & Records Management: Maintain organised and accessible records, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations.
- Customer Service: Support inbound enquiries with professionalism and promptness.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with data entry tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with basic marketing tools or social media platforms
