This Administrator role is an entry-level position within the Secretarial & Business Support department, providing excellent organisational and administrative support to a Not For Profit organisation. Client Details The organisation is a Not For Profit entity, based in Manchester, with a strong commitment to making a significant impact on society. Description Handling general administrative duties, including responding to emails and phone calls. Supporting the department in all organisational tasks. Maintaining accurate record-keeping and filing systems. Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments. Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. Profile A successful Administrator should have: An academic background in Administration or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
