Description
- Handling general administrative duties, including responding to emails and phone calls.
- Supporting the department in all organisational tasks.
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping and filing systems.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- An academic background in Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
