As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations which will involve tasks mainly related to property maintenance, and will also include tenant enquiries, operations and finance.
They are looking for a a dedicated administrator to assist with the administration of their busy client lease team.
Our client is an established property management company, with a large residential portfolio.
You will be supporting the management team with admin duties to help run the busy department, duties will include day to day admin duties, HR paperwork, ad hoc reports and gathering information for complaints.
Undertake admin and secretarial duties preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy including letters and reports.
Facilitate the planning and release of staff to attend training programmes, ensuring appropriate numbers of instructors and students.
