We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager in or around the Leeds / Barnsley / Wakefield area.
The successful Contracts Manager will oversee a caseload of insurance reinstatement projects, mainly residential properties with average repair project value at £10k-£30k.
Following the initial visit by the surveyor who will scope the works, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the planning, programming, profit, and final accounts on each project.
