This role is a full-time temporary position, initially running until the end of the calendar year, with the potential for extension.
General
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing temporary accommodation services, ensuring clients are housed in safe, secure, and well-maintained properties.
We are looking for a Scheme Manager with these attributes, to work afternoons Monday to Friday, at our over 55s sheltered housing scheme in Leeds (LS12).

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities and associated contracts for the company operations based in one of our London office locations.

Key Responsibilities
Directly supporting tenants to manage their tenancy, assisting them with housing benefit claims and signposting them to relevant support services and liaising with support services where required.
Conducting initial and regular assessments of the potential or actual service user including any risks, their needs, and requirements in respect of the service, to determine eligibility for the service taking necessary action where required are delivered.
Assist facilities, building, and engineering managers with client relations, ensuring open communication with occupiers on building updates and operational matters.
General
As an Assistant Building Manager, you'll support the facilities and engineering managers in all aspects of building operations.
Acting as a deputy when needed, you'll be working as part of a market-leading Facilities team for a best-in-class blue-chip brand that is renowned for their service-provision across some of the UK's most cutting-edge pieces of real estate.
