The Accounts Administrator will join a busy Accounts Receivable team.
Previous accounts receivable or accounts administration experience is not required but candidates must have strong numerical skills and be comfortable working in a high-volume processing role.

We are looking for someone who has experience with accounts, using Sage Accounts; purchase and sales ledger, including raising customer invoices and liaising with customers to ensure payments are received/recorded in line with due dates and liaising with suppliers paying/matching invoices in line with due dates, also including account and bank reconciliations and up to date Vat Returns, liaising with external accountants re; management accounts/quarter end/year end.
Applicants must have experience with payroll, using Money Soft and experience with Microsoft packages, Outlook, Word and Excel.
