We are currently seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our client's team on behalf of our client.
This role involves maintaining precise administration throughout the employee life cycle, covering various areas such as new hires, promotions, and retirements, among others.
The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring prompt and professional responses to employee inquiries while upholding UK GDPR data minimisation standards to ensure legal compliance.
As the Accounts Assistant, you will report to the AP Team Leader and be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable activity.
Your role will involve processing, tracking, and recording invoices accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with our client's European teams, you will ensure timely payment while resolving any invoice or purchase order queries professionally and promptly.
General Administration - supporting Paraplanners and Advisers with general administration, such as printing, filing and gathering information (from providers and clients).
Experience of working in financial services is preferred, but administrators from other industries will be considered.
