Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a client with offices in the Arundel area who are looking for recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant or Finance/Accounts Assistant to support the finance department with the following duties: Processing credit card payments Balance sheet reconciliations Monthly posting of journals Supplier account reconciliations Processing sales invoices on a daily basis Maintenance of the fixed asset register Purchase ledger invoicing and management of any related queries Accrual and prepayment schedules Ad hoc and month end duties For this role, you will need: Experience within a varied finance role, ideally with involvement with the month-end related duties highlighted above. AAT qualifications (or finance related degree) Strong communication skills Strong Excel and accounting systems skills (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or SAP)
