As the Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing various financial tasks and general administrative duties to ensure smooth financial operations within the company.
Our client, a nationally recognised engineering business, is currently in search of an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.
The responsibilities
Input purchase invoices and generate supplier reports.
Duties will include being a key point of contact for staff at the ARBs, updating the school database (Arbor), supporting areas such as the EHCP process, HR and Safeguarding administration, exam processes, home-school transport and providing Reception cover as well as additional administrative tasks commensurate with the post.

To work with PL to assist with invoice entry and GRN matching.
Control and reconciliation of the purchase ledger, including accounts payable entries, authorisations, coding and filing.
