Role Summary: You will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent service standards, promptly addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of customer interaction, order processing, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Account Manager Responsibilities: Confirm Pricing, Stock Availability, and Deliveries:Provide accurate information regarding product pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines. Process Incoming Orders:Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Prepare Quotations:Generate quotations promptly upon request. Assess Customer Needs:Identify and assess customer requirements to achieve optimal satisfaction. Build Relationships:Foster sustainable relationships with customers and collaborate closely with the external sales team. Provide Accurate Information:Ensure that accurate, valid, and complete information is conveyed to customers using appropriate tools and methods.
